Gorgeous, tough ornamental. Forms a dense, tidy clump of upright, stiff, thin, ribbon-like, grey-blue foliage which turns reddish-orange in the fall. In late summer it produces lovely silvery, fluffy seed heads which fabulous in the garden and also in floral arrangements. Can be grown in sun to partial shade. Once established very tolerant of dry, poor soil conditions. (3-4')
