A wonderful miniature only 8-12" tall. Forms a mound of bright green, lacy foliage adorned by miniature, creamy white flower plumes in mid-summer. An excellent woodland subject happy in a shady, moist, well-drained location. A great companion for some of the dwarf Hosta such as Ginko Craig. This is a long lived, low-maintenance perennial -- not flamboyant but definitely has a lot of class. Protect from winter wet. Note: I have found this to very drought tolerant and grow it under mature pines where the soil is dry and poor.
