The most sought after Clematis in my garden last season. Covered with hundreds of slightly nodding, hyacinth blue flowers shaped like open bells. Blooms non-stop for over 3 months. Smaller, more compact plant. Excellent for a container or smaller garden situation. Developed in Canada in 1947. (4-6')
