Mat forming succulent similar to sedums but foliage is generally not evergreen in our climate. This is one of the longest flowering varieties with starburst-shaped flowers in shades of orange and coral. Blooms all summer from late spring until fall. Best in full sun, in very well-draining, sandy soil. Protect this low-growing (4-6") plant from winter wet. Very showy little plant for the rock garden, scree or container garden. Drought tolerant.
