A tough native plant which is not used nearly enough. Highly ornamental. Forms a rosette of yucca-like foliage which produces, in mid-summer, stout stalks bearing ghostly white balls covered with florets. Blooms for a long time and then the seedheads are attractive throughout the fall and winter. A great ornamental Thrives in a hot, sunny garden in ordinary soil. Drought tolerant. Don't baby this plant. (3')
