One of the best Fescue. Great bright blue colour which is maintained well throughout the summer. This is a low growing grass, 8-10" tall, which forms a compact, tidy tuft of wiry, hair-like foliage. Best in full sun and ordinary, well-drained soil. Excellent border or rock garden subject. Very easy.
