A vigorous and easy to grow primula with fabulous fully double, deep maroon petals edged with gold and accented by a golden eye. Fragrant and long flowering beginning in mid-spring. Best grown in partial shade but will do quite well in full sun provided the soil is moist. This is a unique primrose discovered by accident in a British garden. Well worth including in the border, rock garden or even container. (6")
