Magnificent kaleidoscope of densely packed, hooded and lipped blue flowers on a candle-like stalk held well above large, palm-like, dark-green foliage. Seed grown variety so some variations in colour are to be expected. Blooms in early summer. A very showy perennial. Plant in a sunny location with rich, moist earth. The Lupin has a long tap root system and does not like to moved. Will self-seed if allowed. A hummingbird favourite. (18-24")
