DESCRIPTION: Aromatic, grey, felty foliage. White tubular flowers all summer and into the fall. Foliage is loved by cats. Grow some in a corner for your cats. Dry and put in cat toys.

CULINARY: Leaves are like mint and can be used for teas and in stews, salads and sauces. Roots can eaten like parsnip.
