DESCRIPTION: Rosemary is an upright evergreen shrub with tough, blunt, dark, needle-like leaves. Flowers are pale whitish-blue and appear in clusters along the branches

CULINARY: Use leaves, springs and flowers. Rosemary is used in a wide variety of foods -- stews, veggies, breads, sauces, vinegars, white and red meat, salads and as garnish.
