DESCRIPTION: This is a low growing, spreading and trailing, evergreen shrub or groundcover. Woody stems are covered with leathery, needle-like leaves. Very aromatic.

CULINARY: Use leaves, springs and flowers. Rosemary is used in a wide variety of foods -- stews, veggies, breads, sauces, vinegars, white and red meat, salads and as garnish. Try using branches of rosemary as skewers for barbequing your meats and vegetables. A beautiful plant trailing out of containers.
