DESCRIPTION: Beautiful variegated and crinkled leaves -- minty green with a creamy white, irregular margin and flushed with pink and purple. A very attractive plant in the garden or to add a splash of colour in your container plantings.

CULINARY: Fresh leaves have more flavour than dried. Used to flavour dressings, teas, cheeses, sausages and poultry. Leaves can be used the same as common sage. Also used in casseroles, sauces, stews and stuffings. Milder flavour than the traditional sage.
