DESCRIPTION: Curled Parsley has bright green, very curled leaves.

CULINARY: Harvest regularly over the entire plant to encourage new growth. Curled Parsley is likely the most used herb in the world -- as a garnish. It however has many other culinary uses such as in sauces, fish dishes, salads, butters, dressings, stuffing and with cooked vegetables.
