DESCRIPTION: Grows into a small, woody shrub. Produces small white flowers in the summer.

CULINARY: Greek Oregano is the strongest with a very spicy flavour. Leaves can be used fresh or dried. Oregano is the cornerstone of Italian food. It is fabulous in tomato dishes, with pasta and in sauces..... and don't forget pizza!
