DESCRIPTION: Bronzy, peppermint-like foliage with a delicious peppermint patty scent. This is an invasive spreading plant with dark green, very aromatic foliage. It is best grown in a container or some place where it can be controlled.

CULINARY: The entire plant can be used. Fresh mint leaves chopped or whole improves fruit and most green salads. Used most commonly in teas. Try it in chocolate milk, cookies, cakes or candy. Fabulous in ice tea.
