Please read 'Mail Order Information' if you have not purchased from us in the past.  It will only take a minute and will give you a much better understanding of the mail order process and what to expect.

Pick-up Orders - Please Read

You can use the on-line catalogue to order plants for spring pick-up.  This is an ideal way to ensure that you get the plants you want.  Many varieties do become sold-out. Picking up your plants will save you quite a bit.  Of course there are no shipping cost plus you will save at least $1.00 on every plant you order and in many cases $2.00 plus PER PLANT.  Unfortunately properly preparing plants for shipping is very labour intensive.  When you pick-up your plant you avoid this cost.

How does it work?

Place your order on the catalogue.

In the shipping instructions select 'PICK-UP'.

Provide some form of payment information to secure the order.  We accept VISA, Mastercard and personal cheque.  Your payment is not processed until you pick-up your plants however we do need this information on file in order to reserve the plants for you.

As the plants come in we will set them aside for you and keep them safe in the greenhouse until the weather is warm enough for planting.

When your plants are ready for pick-up I will e-mail you.  We are open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm and you can pick-up your plants anytime we are open.

What is the total cost of my order?

The system can only calculate the total cost using mail order pricing. To get a good idea what your order will cost subtract $1.00 for every plant on the order plus and 13% for GST and PST.  If you have ordered mostly large plants your total cost will likely be even less.  Remember that your payment is not processed until you come for your plants.  We will then just ring them through the cash register like any other sale.
