Definitely a WOW! plant A Proven Winners beauty. New foliage emerges golden yellow with a dark margin in spring becoming dramatic dark chocolate with purple undertones as the season progresses. The tidy mound is topped with spikes bearing deep raspberry coloured buds which open to rosy-purple flowers. A very striking ornamental for light to moderate shade. Blooms in July and August and prefers moist, well-drained soil.
Great as a cut flower. Attractive to butterflies, hummingbirds and pollinators. HEIGHT: 50-55 cm SPREAD: 60-70 cm
