Gorgeous, compact award winning Hydrangea that produces masses of deep, cherry-red, mop-head flowers from late spring right into fall. Deadhead to encourage continuous blooms. Excellent compact, rounded form with very sturdy stalks. Perfect for the border, smaller garden or even containers. Best grown in part-shade and average to moist, well drained soil. Do not prune. Remove dead or damaged wood in the spring. A butterfly favourite. HEIGHT: 60-80 cm SPREAD: 60-80 cm
All hydrangea flowers do undergo some colour changes as they age. Also soil pH can change the flower colour of some cultivars.
