Produces masses of large, white, fragrant cone flowers in late summer which turn pink and then rosy-red as the season progresses. Excellent strong sturdy stalks turn red in winter. Flowers on new wood. Prune in late winter or early spring. Easily grown in sun to part shade in moist to average, well-drained soil. Exceptionally hardy. A betterfly favourite. HEIGHT: 125-150 cm SPREAD: 125-150 cm
All hydrangea flowers do undergo some colour changes as they age. Also soil pH can change the flower colour of some cultivars.
