Swamp Rose

This native shrub Rose produces masses of large, single, fragrant, pink flowers in the summer. Followed by red, pear-shaped fruit (rose-hips) which persist into the winter. Rich green foliage turns dull red in the autumn. Easily grown in full sun to partial shade and moist to wet soil. Is also very tolerant of average to dry soil. Attractive to butterflies and birds. Great for naturalizing. HEIGHT: 150-175 cm SPREAD: 150-175 cm
