You can order on-line for shipping or for pick-up. Please specify in the shipping instructions (or send an e-mail) if you would like to pick-up your plants.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge your card until we are ready to ship or until you come for your plants. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. Please note that we can not reserve your plants until we have received payment.

Plants will commence shipping as soon as weather permits and the plants are ready -- usually beginning in early May. If you would like your plants on a certain date please e-mail us.

Plants are shipped via Expedited Post or Express Post -- your choice. Expedited Post is an economical reasonably quick ground service. Depending on where you live, you can expect your plants to arrive in 2 to 10 business days. If you live out of the province in the far east or west or in a rural area your plants will take longer to arrive than if you live in an urban centre in Ontario, Quebec or Manitoba. If this is the case I highly recommend that you select Express Post as your shipping method. Express Post is much faster (2 to 4 business days). It costs more but ensures that your plants arrive in good condition.

IMPORTANT

If you live outside of Ontario, Quebec or Manitoba and select Expedited Post as your method of shipment we can not guarantee that your plants will arrive in top condition.

Plants are reserved and shipped on a first come, first served basis -- depending on the weather If you order plants in mid-May we will ship as soon as is humanly possible but please keep in mind that we receive many orders early in the season and these will be shipped first.

Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. However we can not reserve your plants without payment information on file.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

DO NOT E-MAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. E-mail is never secure. Use our catalogue, fax or snail mail to send your credit card information.

Please note we are not set-up to accept phone orders. If you call you will most likely get

the answering machine as we are usually working outside or in the greenhouses.

Please unpack your shipment of plants as soon as it arrives. Plant or pot your plants immediately. If there is a problem with your plants please notify us within 48 hours. In some cases we may require a photo as proof of the problem.
